Looking for a good DSCR lender for pre construction rental

I have pre construction condo coming up in January that ill do short term rental. Im looking for good DSCR (plus :no income verification) lenders for pre approvals soon. If you have any suggestions let me know.

    you looking for good or cheapest, as they typically are not the same thing. Would need to understand if it is warrantable, location, down payment amount and DSCR ratio and credit score range and people could easily get you quick quotes. if it is florida it will be a lot more challenging.
