Are infill lots still profitable with today’s construction costs?

With construction costs still relatively high, are infill lots still making sense financially in your market? Or are you finding that margins are getting tighter? Curious how others are adjusting their strategy right now.

@Brooke Adams Infill lots are still very profitable for me in at least 3 of my markets. I am trying to cover more ground in GA and make additional inroads there. Just purchased a parcel in Macon, still determining whether to do BTR or resell to a builder.
