Curiously asking with how fast tech moves, why do a lot of you still lean on traditional methods like manual county GIS digging, paper lists, or calling the planning department directly? Is it a trust thing, or do modern tools just not cut it yet? What would a tool need to do for you to actually swap it into your daily workflow?
