Investor rookie ready to start investing!

Newbie investor here ready to start my real estate journey. My goal is to purchase for buy and hold. Looking to build a team since I will be investing out of state. I am looking for good reliable wholesalers, contractors, lenders, property management in Cleveland and Toledo Ohio. If you are or know of anyone, let’s connect!

What has you interested in the Cleveland market in particular?  I would definitely recommend looking into Columbus OH. It's a solid hybrid market of cash flow and appreciation. Columbus has lots of job opportunities and population growth. I currently live and invest here in Columbus OH and would recommend it.

    Would definitely recommend chatting with @Josie Brown. She has helped tons of investors in Toledo and probably has a lot of contacts for professionals in all different areas of RE.

     Welcome to Cleveland Kay. Most important thing you can do with the Cleveland market is understand the various levels of risk in each of the neighborhoods. Some investors just gravitate towards the cheapest properties without understanding what is what. Investing like that can really get you in some big trouble. There are parts of town that all the major property managers won't even touch so you'll need to watch out for that stuff.
