Pay Per Lead (PPL) Companies

Hello Everyone. I run a wholesaling company that markets in the northeast part of FL and I am looking for a new PPL company to buy "motivated" leads from. I use to use NeedToSellMyHouseFast.com, but over the past 2 months, most of the leads that I got from them were junk leads or people just asking for top dollar. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for another company that they use to buy motivated leads from? This obviously isn't my only marketing channel, but it is one of them to go allow with cold calling and texting.

I appreciate anyones advise.

Leadzolo is a good option too, leads are $179 per lead and round robin so they don't sell the same lead to mutiple investors

    We've been using Fast Home Offer in addition to Need To Sell My House Fast and have been satisfied with the lead quality

    Any progress Paul? We've using property leads also and have gotten some decent leads with them and are looking for more companies to work with

    From what I have noticed with these type of lead services, they start to have lower quality leads the longer they are around.  I then moved to ispeedtolead. I am still using them and have just added https://www.propertyleads.com/peter-vekselman/. This is the link that i have from them.
