I posted in Craigslist and made a public announcement of a new Sacramento Real Estate Book Club. Its under Community, Groups. This is open to anyone and all ages. The announcement reads:
"Come join the Sacramento Real Estate Book Club. Enjoy learning about different types of real estate strategies and techniques with other like minded people. email me a brief description of your interests in the subject and I will share with you the meeting schedule. All ages welcome."
For now this is an in person book club in a professional office space in Sacramento CA.
If you still want to comment on this thread with any recommendations, feedback, tips, etc, I would be very thankful.
I may expand this club to the Facebook platform in a couple of weeks.
