Tenant Current on Rent but filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

Tenant is 12 months into a 24-month lease.  Has paid late every month but has paid rent plus the late fee by the 15th each month so far.  He just notified me that he filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.   He indicates this won't affect me getting paid, but I have my doubts.  Obviously if He does not pay I will prob. have to go through the Bankruptcy court or some special process vs. the normal eviction process.   Any suggestions or tips on what I should watch out for?   Thanks!
