Norada / Marco Santarelli Note Investors: No Updates in 1 Yr – Let’s Join Forces

Hi everyone, we're looking to connect with fellow investors who funded Norada Capital Management with Marco Santarelli through their promissory note offering.

In mid-2024, Marco suspended interest payments and unilaterally “converted” our notes into equity, claiming the company owned stakes in brands like Pier 1, Dressbarn, Bodybuilding.com, and others, some of which have gone into bankruptcy via REV. He promised documentation of our ownership and valuations by fall 2024-- but it’s now been almost a year with no updates, no paperwork, no response to emails, and no way to verify our equity or value.

It’s also possible that Marco knowingly converted our notes into equity in companies that had already filed for bankruptcy a year before. Many investors (including me) are now extremely concerned about our ability to recover our capital or even prove our ownership. @MarcoSantarelli must be held fully accountable for his actions.

I’m organizing Norada investors to:
-Share info and evidence
-Hire legal counsel if needed
-Demand proof of ownership, valuation, and repayment--and/or take legal and regulatory action

If you’ve invested with Norada or know someone who has, please comment below so we can connect and move forward together.

The more of us who work together, the stronger our position will be. Thank you!

I think you will find that others are way ahead of you already IE:

they have already lawyered up and probably filed lawsuits

they have made complaints to all the Alphabet agencies.

If you have not gotten a bankruptcy notice yet that might be a good thing but If it can get to BK then you will get full disclosures of what is going on.

I suspect its every man / women / investor for themselves as it comes to litigation cant join in unless you do Class action you have file separate complaints U can use same attorney to cut down on costs but its not a "hey everyone lets pool together"  I don't think this case would go class action as there most likely is NO INSURANCE to go after..

I suspect this is going to be a write off or pennies on the dollar outcome If I was just guessing from all the stuff I read on line here on BP and some of the info investor sent me to review for them.
