Refi of rental property- question
My property is held in my LLC. (Single owner LLC). When I bought the property, banks made me buy it in my name. I then had to transfer into LLC. I want to refi but would prefer to avoid the headache of transferring out of LLC for the refi, then back to LLC. Would not want to be renting when not in the LLC.
Has anyone found a lender who will allow the refi while property is held within the LLC.?
