Investing in Mobile homes for rent

Hi, im interested in invest in a land to add a mobiles home for rent here in san antonio tx. Is there someone with experience that can guide me on this? 
Is this rentable? How fast usually this homes get rented? How is the rent monthly rates? Apart of facebook what other places usually they post this homes for rent?

How big of a piece of land? Are you looking to put 1 mobile home or 5 or 50? One or two, not a big deal, but when you go bigger, it is a mobile home park. IF you want to do it in the city limits it's kind of a pain.
