How big of a piece of land? Are you looking to put 1 mobile home or 5 or 50? One or two, not a big deal, but when you go bigger, it is a mobile home park. IF you want to do it in the city limits it's kind of a pain.

Just buying homes in parks and renting those is much easier. I have one for sale for $10k that you could rent for $900. The lot rent is $395 and residents pay all utilities.

Didn't know the potential of having a park and renting!
