First house hack

Hey everyone, I should be going under contract on my first house hack here shortly. At what point in the closing process should i start screening tenants/ listing the place. Or is this an after closing type of thing. Have barely any work to do just some painting. Any advice for me going into my first place? Super nervous right now and doubting everything haha. Better to learn now then never.
