Payment for real estate investment team time?

I've been asked to help a real estate investment team. They pay 7% for dispo and 7% for project management. Right now, my role is to photograph and tour the homes they're interested in, and managing a few things and doing side jobs. When I was looking at houses, they originally offered to pay $200 per home that I toured. I toured three and they have now told me $200 per is too high. Curious what people typically pay for this kind of work? An hourly wage?  $50 an hour? Any guidance appreciated!
