My team and I have acquired roughly $100M of CRE assets (industrial, retail, office) over the last 2 years and are looking to expand our lender network.
We are seeking reputable, experienced lenders who have history dealing with loans for the above asset types in Ohio, North/South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia.
Our goal is to acquire $85M more in real estate next year.
Please shoot me a message here or on LinkedIn (Danyon Hempy) to connect to explore synergies.
Looking forward to connecting and sharing wins in the near future!
Danyon, $85M next year is a big shopping list, so having a few lenders lined up before you need them is smart. Lenders will want your track record from the last two years, typical loan size, target leverage, and whether you need bridge money for value add or long term loans on stabilized buildings, so a one page summary of that will get you real answers fast. My team and I would be glad to point you toward a few who fit.

Happy to introduce you to some lenders here in Ohio
Two years and $100M closed across industrial, retail and office is real experience, and that history does more of the introducing than any cold call. The lenders who financed those deals are usually the easiest first call on the next one, since they've already seen how you operate. For $85M the bigger split is lender type. Local and regional banks in those states commonly want recourse and a deposit relationship but tend to price well on stabilized industrial and retail. Debt funds usually close faster on value add at a higher cost. Office is where the field thins out, with plenty of lenders sizing it conservatively or passing on it right now. The right list depends on the mix, so how much of next year's target is office?
Office is the lowest priority. Industrial and retail assets are the main focus. High quality office assets appear to be doing very well, so those are the assets we would consider.
