I am searching for Multifamily Properties Through the USA, as my search ive noticed Mid west prices seem to be pretty reasonable, particularity Akron OH, i ve notice the multifamily market in Akron OH, prices to be very reasonable, oh course rents are not going to be as high as the east cost, but the multifamily homes appear to very affordable!. For buy and hold of course....If any RE agents or Investors in Akron, OH...please provide insight, regarding this market.
@Steve Faucette The prices in general are less than other major metropolitan areas. This applies to most property classes in the city. Normally people who are not from the area are drawn to the low prices that they find online, which may be in a C- area or worse.
There are opportunities throughout the region, but you need to do your homework and define the class of property that you are looking for.
