Hello, any investors have experience in Allentown, PA? I have been looking on a few real estate sites and see some low prices on SFHs. Are there areas to avoid here? Any advice would be helpful. I know nothing of the area.
@Nick Loukas nice work! Thanks for sharing the numbers, sounds pretty solid. I'm looking to explore Bethlehem a little more, currently more familiar with Easton.

@Nick Loukas, sounds like you are doing great! I’m looking at LV too, but I live in the Bronx, I’m thinking taking a weekend the trip there just to learn the neighborhood. Do you have a good agent I can get in touch with as well?
