just wondering of any multifamily investors on here that live/invest in corpus christi,Texas ? I invest in property here myself but would like to meet other investors in the area.

I'm down for a meet up, but I'll be working nights that weekend. Hopefully I can catch up with you guys soon, though.
Unfortunately, I’m going out of town last minute for work, so I’m unable to meet up this Sunday. I have reserved a table at BJ’s (5037 S Padre Island Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78411) for 2pm. The table is under “Reed,” but in the comments I put Real Estate Investors. You guys have fun, and we’ll get another one on the books for November. I’d love to get a reoccurring meetup going, like first Sunday of every month? Let me know what days work best for you guys.

Is there a topic in mind that we would like to discuss while we’re there? How COVID has impacted things in real estate? Strategies to move forward? Short term rental opportunities? How to evaluate a deal? Just throwing out stuff that’s been on my mind..
I so hate to do this, but I’m not feeling well today. Given the current environment, I don’t want to take any chances, so I’m not going to make it. I’m so sorry.
