Looking for contact info for some hard money Lenders

Looking for some hard money lenders who can work with us for some rehab projects. We are located in Bay Area, CA.

bay area is about as easy as it gets for hardmoney lenders

here are a few

1. Realty Shares  Nav Athwal president very competitive on rates and terms

2. Lendinghome  SF based and also competitive

3. Conventus  Keith Tomao  president

I have borrowed from all three they are great to work with and will deliver .

they each have their own criteria ... for instance Keith does not do any rehab funding just the purchase.  Lending home has a very large matrix for pricing... etc etc

    Try mortgage broker like bmc capital california They are honest and have relationship with hundreds of lenders
