Advantages of woman owned REI business

My wife and I are partners in the business and have started flipping houses in addition to owning rentals... She does the bulk of the work on the flipping side but our current operating agreement is set up 50/50 for that LLC. Is there any advantages/disadvantages that can be had from giving her the controlling majority (51/49) in the business?

@Natalie Kolodij Your response came across as offended, but this is actually a great question, and an honest one. Definitely great information for us women and minorities to know so we can take advantage if the opportunity is there!
