Writing multiple offers
If your just starting to invest in Real Estate and you plan to send out numerous written offers on potential properties . Is it best to find an agent or do it yourself. I’m concerned if I’m writing on numerous properties far less than asking hoping to strike a deal an agent won’t be interested in doing this. Any advice
