Investors should avoid investing in western PA

I experienced a very hostile environment for investors in western pa therefore I would advise everybody who thinks about investing there to think twice or even three times before making a decision on investing in this region

OP is referring to the entire western part of Pennsylvania. Clearly you will not find a single intelligent individual or any available deals in all the counties listed above. Thanks for the heads up!
