Happy Easter all! I鈥檓 curious to know if there are any real estate investing meetup groups taking place in New Jersey? I would like to learn more and be able to network with these groups!

 Hi Harold, I always recommend downloading the Meetup app. The app is free and you can search for different types of group gatherings in your area. I'm part of three groups for Northern NJ. They are:

1. New Jersey Real Estate Investors Association (REIA)

2. Multifamily Landlord Networking Meetup Group - Northern NJ

3. Real Estate Investors United

    I personally do not attend any meet ups at this moment but there are several in Jersey.

    Wholesaling and renovating. Shoot me a DM if you are looking to purchase or possible partner. We renovate south Jersey mostly, wholesale all other areas

    Hey Shawn. I鈥檓 in Parsippany, NJ. So anywhere from Northern to Central Jersey. I鈥檓 open to traveling if it means I can network with people and learn more!

    @Arzu Alimjan happy to connect, we are neighbors.  I personally found the niche I wanted to connect with on Biggerpockets.  Unofficial BP meet ups hopefully should be starting up again once Covid permits.

    We do a Northern NJ Zoom every TUE via Zoom. It's in the Events under Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing - Northern NJ. We get about 20-30 investors and have been doing them since COVID. All investors are welcome. We do talk about the whole state even though its geotag is Montclair.

    I am also first starting out with wholesaling in New Jersey and other areas but I would like to widen my horizon later on with investing when I receive enough experience in the real estate field.

    Hey @Harold Pacheco I think all of the meetups named in here are good from what I鈥檝e heard/seen. Definitely check meetup.Com Eventbrite, and LinkedIn as well. There is a guy named Chris Goodson that gives a weekly list on his Facebook page Mondays as well. Theres a good amount in NJ and I don鈥檛 think I鈥檝e ever been to a bad one

    We meet (Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing, also my podcast) the first WED of every month in-person around NJ. FEB is in Montclair. DM for details and to get on the mailing list, but these are NO PITCH events, no lenders, just investors and all networking.
