Has anyone heard of this company? "All Diversified Lending LLC" based out of Arizona? Website Here: https://adlendingllc.com/
Curious if anyone has had any experience with them?
Thanks!
I also received info from them and never heard of them either.
My theory is that if they send an email with a gmail account & no website be careful because they might not be legit.
Hi Andrea, hope your New Year is starting well. Any more information on the previous lender that the group was discussing? Have you found a reputable lender for your triplex? If not, I would like to see if I can be of assistance. I have time on Monday, January 8th, 8-10 and 1-2 for a quick 15-minute talk, or you can go to the website and fill out an initial form. Let me know.

Hi Jay, I never said I was a lender. And if you go to my website, it does not say that I am a lender. What it does say is that I have access to private money and access to funding. I have never made any misrepresentation. Same thing about making comments about being careful about those who have only made one post. EVERYONE has only made one post until they have made their second one. Can we have a collegial space here? Thanks.

Never heard of them. What terms are they offering? If it's too good to be true it probably is.
I've seen it time and time again where an investor rate shops only to get a horrible experience and the deal fall out, only to go back to square one and find another lender that can perform.
I would recommend working with a solid mortgage broker. This will eliminate the room for error and the uncertainty of a lender's performance.
It's me -- I'm the solid mortgage broker, lol.
In all seriousness, if it's too good to be true, it definitely is in this industry. Not sure on the terms they offered, but I see people fall victim to the bs all the time. If there were a lender offering terms a mile ahead of the industry, the rest of the industry would have no business, unless said company was horrible at marketing.
But I haven't heard of them, but that should hold much weight, as it seems a new DSCR lender hits the scene weekly at this point.

I have very similar experience with AD Lending LLC as some of you describe here. Interestingly enough, someone (who looks quite credible) in one of the Facebook groups messaged me about this lender and shared their very attractive terms. I reached out to AD lending via the phone number listed on their website, and when I received a call back I wad easily offered personal line of credit and fix & flip loan.
The person I connect via email is Jeff, whose signature also says he's Chief Executive / Loan Officer. I also received their loan application form (in a PDF file).
Everything raised concerns: no BBB listing (although BBB Accredited is in the signature), veeeery attractive loan terms (for fix and flip for example, I was told 7%, then 6%) with 90% funding (all before even asking about the property), lack of license #. So yeah, all very big and very red flags. Glad to hear that most of the people here are also concerned.
I haven't been asked for any fees or wires yet, just the application (which I haven't filled out).
