Are there any options for financing a manufactured home?
We have the opportunity to purchase a beautiful, well established STR in an up and coming market. Unfortunately, the home is manufactured. The lenders we have spoken to will only finance as a personal residence. Are there any options for lending I'm not aware of? The seller is not open to seller finance.
