No seasoning DSCR

Brandon Castine
Posted

I purchased a property a little over a year ago on a land contract. Deed/title  stayed in the previous owners name. Now I just did a refinance portfolio loan with a local bank and deed/title are now in my name. I am looking to now do a cash out refinance. Is this possible without seasoning for a Dscr loan? Duplex appraised at $229k and I owe $120k on note from bank.

@Brandon Castine we have lending options that allow you to refinance without seasoning, while utilizing a DSCR loan. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
