Hi my name is Paul from the Savannah Georgia area for last 6 months I've been trying to get leads of investors looking funding there rental ( DSCR ) investment properties project and it's not getting me anywhere. Any suggestions?

 Like Michelle just commented -- its unclear from your post if you are a mortgage broker offering funding and what your contact info is / specialties are.  If so, a top suggestion would be to work on that, starting with your BP profile!
