 Like Michelle just commented -- its unclear from your post if you are a mortgage broker offering funding and what your contact info is / specialties are.  If so, a top suggestion would be to work on that, starting with your BP profile!

      yes I have been trying different AI site and facebook until deleted my flyer and I have used other platforms seems not be working so I keep reading and studying until I'd landed on BiggerPockets hopefully I can be pointed in the right direction. Any pointers thanks

    I would start by writing coherent sentences, pay attention to grammar and check your spelling ("there rental" or THEIR rental).

    No not on this side of the fence, have done a lot of home repairs and renovations until I retired

      @Account Closed my recommendation would be to team up with a lender and be a loan consultant for them, which is essentially an unpaid position. They collect commissions, but they may assist in providing you with how to get leads.
