Are DSCR loans the only way to closing a trust ?

Also, in general, are there any restrictions on how I make use of the property? Can I use it for business or personal if I decide later to move there or rent to a family member, for example ?

you have a lot going on in this post but DSCR is for business purpose only and you will sign affidavit to that effect. You can close in a revocable trust with some dscr loans.

If you do not know what you are using the property for or are also using it yourself you are better off getting an investment loan from your local lender.
