Curious to know if there are any suggestions out there for quality Real Estate lawyers in Indiana (ideally Fort Wayne), that could advise me on the Subject To process and requirements.

As mentioned above, @Janet Hocker is a good resource - also, here Title Company [Hocker & Associates] do all of my closings. They are HUD experts and very investor friendly.

I also, use Sean Clapp here in Indy as well. He's a member of the local REIA, Landlord and very sharp on contract law.
