Looking for a DSCR Lender for rural 10 SFR portfolio

Hello all, 

I am looking for a loan on a portfolio of 10 rural SFR properties I am looking to get financed using a DSCR program with interest only. I have reached out to multiple DSCR lenders but was turned down because the portfolio is a rural part of the state. Does anyone know any DSCR lenders who lend in rural areas?

You can finance rural properties with a DSCR loan however you will need to make sure you meet the minimum value requirement. The lowest I have seen is $75k per property and a $55k min loan amount.

    You should have some options - probably LTV going to be limited however. Whats the value range of the properties?

    You definitely should have some options. LTV might be capped but assuming that you are flexible on this, you should have options.

    We are a lender who does rural properties. There are a exceptions that we need to meet; however, this is something I believe we can help with!

    Depends on the whole scenario - what are the values of the properties? What LTV are you looking for? What is your FICO and overall level of experience as an investor?
