I’m looking for recommendations for a tax advisor or CPA with strong real estate expertise, particularly someone experienced working with higher net worth individuals. I’d like to build a long-term relationship with someone reliable—proactive, organized, and communicative—so I’m not chasing things down as deadlines approach. I haven’t had much luck finding the right fit so far, and I’m hoping to avoid large chain services like H&R Block.
