Great deal in nor cal need hard money

So i have a great deal up here in the east bay area. It all could come together tomorrow.  Im looking for the best possible hard money loan.  Im looking for someone to beat my usual guy....

Purchase price is about 325k need 100k reno. ARV 575k. How do i know? Because the house two doors down sold for 575 2 months ago same floor plan and sq foot

Who csn help?  Please pm me ASAP.  I Want to hsve this structured by 1-2pm friday

If I was your normal lender and saw this post I would no longer be your normal lender  :)

be that as it may  you may want to try one of the crowd funders.. Realty Shares is right there quick and easy and pretty competitive from the deals I have seen them do

I can give you a personal intro to speed up the process if you like.. I take no fee I am putting my NMLS license back on ICE... can't stand the federal oversite  LOL...
