I have about 70k in 401k from my previous employer.What would be the best way to invest that money as of TODAY . Appreciate input from the experienced members here.

What are your goals and real estate experience? For some folks, moving to a SDIRA or QRP and investing in syndications makes sense. For others, notes are great.

There are so many ways to make money in real estate, there isn't one "best" that is the best for everyone.
