Hi - Need recommendation for a good CPA in Aurora, Naperville, or nearby area in Illinois? Who specialize in 

accounting & taxation specific to Real Estate Biz. for both, Active and Passive Incomes.

@Sunil Sharma - as @Natalie Kolodij mentioned, I am one state over.  I'm in "Southern" Illinois.  :-D  I do work with clients remotely, but if you need to work face to face, I would also second the recommendation of @Steven Hamilton II.

    Are you comfortable working with your accountant remotely? If so you open yourself up to a larger pool of candidates. 

    There are about 20 accountants on this site that specialize in real estate taxation. Reach out to a few and see who you connect with.

    I would prioritize finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation over one that is local.
    There are 20+ accountants on this message board who specialize in real estate taxation. Feel free to reach out to a couple and use the one you connect with the most.

     @Steven Hamilton II is based in IL and @Jake Hottenrott is only 1 state over I believe. 


    I'm not sure which is closer to you- but both work remotely as well and are awesome tax pros. I'd chat with both, see if either is accepting new clients.
