This will my 20,000th post on Biggerpockets. My first post was made about 13 years ago, just as I was getting my license and starting a property management business.

Unlike many on BiggerPockets, I am not here to build my business. If I were, it would be a dismal failure! In 13 years, my time on BiggerPockets resulted in three sales transactions, earning me about $0.30 per post. LOL!

I learned a lot from this forum, and continue to learn, so I am here to help others. Just remember: when it comes to my advice, you get what you pay for!
