Holding LLC vs Operating LLC
Rookie here! We are about to rent our first property and we just wasn't sure if the landlord on the lease should be the holding LLC, which is technically the owner of the property or the operating LLC and which one collects the rent. Also if anyone has a great Pennsylvania lease that they use and want to share. Thanks for the help!
