    I was just there yesterday wondering when we'll do another. Wednesday would work better for me, but I'm only one person. I'll do what I can to make Thursday work though.

    Hey all, I need help organizing this one. My Father-in-Law was given 3 months to live; my family is huddling around him full time.

    @Al Williamson What has been done so far?  What still needs to be done?  Has the reservation been made?  Agenda?  Was anyone else working on this with you? 

    Since I set up the first one I could do this one also but I need to know where we are in the process.  Give me a call or message me.

    If anyone else has started working on this or interested in assisting post a message on here.

    I was hedging and did not put a credit card down to reserve the River City Brewer meeting room. I spoke with them today. The room is still available, but we currently do not have a hold on it.

    I'll be happy to send email blasts and transfer any needed info. I just can't run point; I might have to bail out at the last second and that would be irresponsible.

    @Henry Le and others, what we need at this point is a dictator to pull things together. As I've said, I can't run point this time.

    The room at the River City Brewery, IF that's the chosen location, still needs to be booked.

    @david hutson, will you take over and bark out some instructions?

    I would definitely like to attend this meetup. I've attended a few of J Martin's meets here in the East Bay but would love to network with Sacramento professionals as well.

    @Al Williamson Funny you should mention bark out some orders, since I am a Major in the Army.  I am pretty good at it.

    The Sacramento Meet up is on for 28 Aug at 6pm at the River City Brewery.  I have reserved a room.  It's $10 per person, cash, when you walk in the door, and that will cover basic food/snacks purchased from the restaurant.  (If there is anything specific you like let me know in advance and I can place an order). Come see me when you arrive (my very handsome picture should be next to this post so you can see what I look like).  Bring small bills (if you want change).  Meals and drinks are at your own expense. 

    Please send me a private message to reserve a spot.  I do not know how many people plan to attend so rsvp now.  I believe the room will hold approximately 20-25 people.  I hope everyone rsvp's so we don't have to turn away people who just show up if there if we fill up.

    Now, what I need from all of you who want to attend are some topics to discuss.  If I do not get any topics I'll pick a few and the rest of the time will be spent mingling.  If anyone else has a topic that they are experienced and want to discuss let me know. 

    There will be no sales pitches for services or products inside our meeting area.  Feel free to move outside of the room if any of you wish to discuss these.  I have no issue with it but I do not want there to be any pressure to do any business inside the room.
