Hello,
My name is Jered Sturm. I am Owner and co-founder of several real estate investment companies in Cincinnati Ohio.
Recently I have been looking at, and analyzing mid sized apartment buildings (10-100 unit) to add to our investment companies portfolio. In this pursuit I would really enjoy hearing from other local Cincinnati Ohio investors who are looking/buying multifamily as well. Nothing formal just sit down for drinks or lunch and talk about what we are seeing in the market and different tips we each have learned

Hey guys,
I should have been more specific. Initially I had no intentions of forming a meet up because there is already a great BP meet up once a month. My goal was to meet more one on one throughout the month and then meet as a group at the monthly meet up that already exists. If anyone doesn't know about the current meet up just type in Cincinnati meet up and it should pop up.
@John Cohen That sounds great! I will private message you to coordinate that meeting.
@Derek Rice I am personally not too familiar with your farm area but I know some people at the meet up are investing more north then I am. you should come to the next one!

@Jay Thoms 12 unit or 1200 units the principles are relatively the same. I would enjoy hearing more about you search. I'll PM you as well.
