Hello, 

My name is Jered Sturm. I am Owner and co-founder of several real estate investment companies in Cincinnati Ohio. 

Recently I have been looking at, and analyzing mid sized apartment buildings (10-100 unit) to add to our investment companies portfolio. In this pursuit I would really enjoy hearing from other local Cincinnati Ohio investors who are looking/buying multifamily as well. Nothing formal just sit down for drinks or lunch and talk about what we are seeing in the market and different tips we each have learned

@Jered Sturm I just put a 27 unit in contract in Cincy and should be out there end of January would love to grab a coffee and tour you through the property if you are interested. Look forward to hearing back.

    Jered Sturm I've been looking to buy multi family within 30 minutes of springboro Ohio area so Dayton and Northern Cincinnati Areas. Looked at a 8 family deal last week but couldn't work out a good price so on to the next. I have my eye on a 12 family. Not looking to buy 100 units yet but hopefully soon.     I am planning a trip to Los Angeles late in the month, but if I am in Cincinnati, I will be there. 

    I have calendared Joe Fairless' BP meetup on the 26th and hope to attend that one also...

    Hey all,

    I am newer to BP,  from Wilmington OH which is about 25 min east of Springboro. I have been building new construction residential for the last 10 years. When looking for a empty lot to build, I try to stay in Clinton county, but get as close as I can to Warren county. When looking at existing real estate buildings, which I do everyday, I look at Warren county just as much as Clinton county.

    Lately I have been looking at more and more investment real estate deals, from commercial buildings to multi-family, and Springboro has been one of my main farm areas. I would be very interested to attend a meet up or plan a meeting to talk about this area.

    Hey guys, 

    I should have been more specific. Initially I had no intentions of forming a meet up because there is already a great BP meet up once a month. My goal was to meet more one on one throughout the month and then meet as a group at the monthly meet up that already exists. If anyone doesn't know about the current meet up just type in Cincinnati meet up and it should pop up.

    @John Cohen That sounds great! I will private message you to coordinate that meeting.

    @Derek Rice I am personally not too familiar with your farm area but I know some people at the meet up are investing more north then I am. you should come to the next one!

    @DL Martin I am looking forward to hearing about your recent big purchase and how the repositioning is going! see you next meet up. Once you get back from LA we will grab drinks!

    @Jay Thoms 12 unit or 1200 units the principles are relatively the same. I would enjoy hearing more about you search. I'll PM you as well.
