Interior Designers for STRs?
Has anyone used an interior designer to decorate their STR and what was the experience like?
Who would you recommend (Specifically in the Smokies)?

We work with them often. The issue with most is that they are artists and are right brain dominant and most business people are left brain dominant so we have clashed over things like sticking to budget and timelines. Also most of the good designers are very small businesses so they are busy (because they are good) and their business is not scalable so you have to wait a while. If it is a cheaper property ADR I think it is less important and only really recommend it for luxury/high end properties.
