First 4 Star Review

We started renting our little Sliver of the River cabin in June. We have had it booked 14 of 16 weekends since we went live on VRBO. We had 13 five star reviews until this last weekend when we got our first four star review. They said it was cute and clean but there was a train idling across the street from the cabin when they arrived. I have a note in the comments about the train just to warn people but apparently that isn't enough. Would you reply to this review or just let it go?

I'd thank them for the great review about the house and say you strive for 5 star reviews in the house.

I'd say the idling train in an uncommon event and that your sorry that this anuance happened to them.

Remember that what ever you say isn't really directed to them but to all your future guests reading the review.
