Buying Short Term Property in North Myrtle Beach

Hello everyone

I would like to know the opinions on buying a short-term property in North Myrtle Beach. Is it still a good investment? I have noticed there is a lot of condos for sale in that area and I'm wondering why.

I believe there are a couple of investors here that own in that area that can chime in - but I do implore you to do your own research. Check Airbnb/VRBO/AirDNA to check occupancy/vacancy rates, pricing, demand, etc.
