Looking for STR-Friendly Agent near New River Gorge, WV

Hello all!

Im looking to explore the market near New River Gorge for an STR opportunity. I have a family member willing to put up capital specifically there because its one of her favorite locations ever, so we'd be partnering.

I understand Fayetteville, WV would likely be the city. 

So if anyone has worked with or is themselves an STR investor friendly agent near New River Gorge, please message me! The BP agent finder did not turn anyone up in this area.

Hi Brian if you dont get an answer (BP couldn't help me and I'm in a major metro) here what you can try on Chatgpt for a search prompt make it yours based on your needs, strategy, and location:

Find me a list of the top real estate agents that are investor friendly in Marietta, Woodstock, Cumming, and other hospitaldense areas. Rank order them based on their experience and presence in bigger pockets forums as investors themselves and their experience with residential and commercial deals
