Kissimmee STR/Disney Themed/5/4

I have a 5/4 STR in Kissimmee. I purchased it 2 years ago. It needed many upgrades and I themed it myself since I am an artist. It has my hand painted murals. It took way longer to list than I expected. It used much of my cash. Whats killing me is that I expected a $260 a night average but Pricelabs is pricing it consistently at $210 a night. It has all new appliances and furniture. A new pool heater and filter too. My interest rate is 8.6%. I'm getting 95% 5 star review average as well. (see Airbnb listing link in the URL area and here; https://www.airbnb.com/hosting/listings/editor/1215344585352...)

I just started getting an average of 80 to 90% bookings but in order to break even I have to clean the place myself. I've had a few opinions that I should sell and take the loss. The problem is that I am retired and most of my money is tied up in this place. Also, the houses in the area have lost value. A perfect storm.

I'm posting to see if anyone has any ideas how I can salvage my investment.

I have heardnthis area is very saturated and then the slowdown on top if that.

I would sell if you can and take the hit, then put that money into something that is making money.
