Reminder to not forget to bump your Airbnb pricing to offset the difference. Today, Oct 27th, is the day the change will be made automatically.

@Josh Ball - this is only for the PMS users who are integrated with Airbnb for pricing. For example - I am using Hospitable PMS for communications and calendar synch only and Pricelabs for pricing. Both Airbnb and Pricelabs have said (in writing) that this change is not needed for my setup. I had to ask them specifically because there was no clear definition of "PMS User".
