STR and Berks County Business Privilege License

All:

We are converting a property to an STR just outside of Reading, PA, and are looking at the Berks County Business Privilege Registration paperwork and do not see anything pertaining to STRs.

The paperwork is set up for MTR and LTR, asking for tenant information. 

How do we proceed with registering an STR?

1) Is it worth calling the Tax Bureau and asking?

2) Do we proceed with filling out as much as we can and ask for forgiveness? 

The root cause of the issue seems to be that there is nothing in county or municipal code regarding STRs. 

Any guidance is welcome.
