Arizona Investor Friendly Real Estate Agents?

Hi everyone. I am going to invest in a 2 - 4 unit in the metro Phoenix or other metro city area. I'm an out of state investor and need a good realtor that specializes in working with investors. I will have the property for STR.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'd recommend you not just look for an investor-friendly agent, as there are a lot of those, but look for a realtor that knows Airbnb. The STR laws are different, the revenue numbers are different, and you need someone who knows that niche.

(Or so says me, an STR-focused realtor in Colorado ... ;))

     Hello Kate,

    I recommend checking here. 

    Brian Harris also works with a lot of investors in AZ. 

    Last I spoke with him, he was with Home Smart - azdreamsource

    Hey @Kate Luna if you haven't already, I'd recommend you connect with @Jeremy Holden, he's a realtor/investor here in Phoenix who specializes in STR's. He helped me with my first STR and is a wealth of knowledge.

    It seems like you may have some good recommendation, if they do not work out I would recommend looking for recommendation in local host groups on Facebook. It is important they have demonstrable STR experience. Good luck!

    My friend Mike Stone is an investor friendly agent, he does a lot of luxury, and is very knowledgable in the area.
