Hello new and experienced investors of Indianapolis! I was wondering if there were any other new or experienced investors in the area that would like to meet up for coffee and just talk investment ideas, contractor recommendations, repair horror stories, etc. If so please leave a comment.

Hey Henry! I'd suggest networking in a local host group on Facebook, you may have more luck.  Ive seen some Indy people here, but there's only a few.  Good luck!

    Hey Henry! I'd suggest networking in a local host group on Facebook, you may have more luck.  Ive seen some Indy people here, but there's only a few.  Good luck!

    Hi Henry! Im up in Grand Rapids, MI and invest in STRs. So not far! Do you mostly host in the city or do you head outside your region? I know the lakeshore of both Indiana and Michigan kill it for vacation rentals, specifically those traveling from Chicago during the summer

    Hey Henry! There is a STR specific meetup tonight at the Garage Food Hall (near La Chinita Poblana) from 6-8pm if you're looking to connect with fellow STR investors.

    I also host a monthly REI meetup on the second Tuesday of the month at Centerpoint Brewing Company.

     Hey Henry!  I am hosting a networking meetup on Wednesday the 11th at Upland Brewing in Indianapolis.  It's free, and there's no pitch or speaker. 

    We currently have just under 100 people signed up to come. So there should be a good turnout of actual investors at the event. 

    I personally have over 202 residential units and would love to meet. I do have 4 STR's as well in that batch of props.
