Recommendation/Referrals: STR PMs in Carroll County, NH
Looking to purchase a STR sometime in H2 of 2026 - I know it takes a while to find good property managers, especially for STRs in certain markets. I'm looking at Carroll County, NH (e.g., Conway, Bartlett, Glen, Intervale) - I know the area well and our family vacations there frequently, but have no connection to the CPM and ARM community up there. Any recommendations/referrals/DMs would be appreciated, or where to look for quality companies in that area specifically for this kind of rental.

Congrats on getting ready to purchase your first STR. I had one in Bartlett, NH for a few years and used Birch Hospitality. It's been few years but they did a nice job when I worked with them.
