    Interested in this too. Seems like bookings, seasonality, and cleaner reliability are common pain points.

    I will be following this.  

    I think the seasonality combined with the national geo-politics to changing people's travel plans, at least in the short term.

    I’ve been getting a ton of cancellations recently. I keep to my cancellation policy but the cancellations have gone up dramatically recently. I think I had maybe 5 in 6 years and now I’ve already had 5 or 6 in 2026.

    Is the question about short term rentals in general, or specifically Airbnb?

    My biggest pain point is that I never make enough money.
