Panama City STR Investing

I'm just beginning my journey into STR investing and with a goal of purchasing a property by 2027. I've been very interested in the Panama City market as it seems to have a strong demand, is close to the beach, and is much more reasonable than the 30A towns close by.

Does anyone have experience in the Panama City market? Has the experience been positive?
